Schedule a Private Viewing ofthe New Matsuda Collection
A Unique Flavor of Vintage Inspiration
If Matsuda’s delicious eyewear is recognizable by its retro look, it’s because the Japanese designer was the iconic 80s eyewear brand that influenced everyone else!
The new Matsuda collection features the exquisite design elements Twin Cities customers love about the glasses. Every detail – from delicate etching and engraving to sculpted hinges and temples – is handmade by master Japanese craftsmen.
Each piece in the new Matsuda collection was crafted by hand, requiring up to two years and as many as 250 steps to bring to life. The glasses are made using the finest materials in the world, including titanium, stainless steel, 18k solid gold and exclusive Japanese acetate.
Reserve a private viewing today and be the first in the Twin Cities to preview the new Matsuda collection, exclusively at InVision.
For the health and safety of our customers and staff, these private viewings are limited and reservations are required.

Matsuda
In the Matsuda aesthetic form IS function, and craftsmanship is key to their appeal. Functional elements – hinges, the tension spring in a clip-on sun lens, even the heads of screws – play a role in the beauty of the design. The line retains an air of 80s retro that we love; but to be fair, it’s not because they are imitating 80s greats, but because Matsuda was, in fact, the iconic 80s eyewear brand that influenced everyone else!
